My wife had been wanting a double oven for a long time so this was the perfect opportunity to make the switch. This oven heats up much faster than our previous oven and it is so much quieter as well. My wife loves that there are so many options to cook other than broil or bake. We both love the sleek design too.

Like most things these days, the engineers didn't think things through.
The anti-tip screws are VERY flimsy. I recommend you don't use them and find alternatives. I broke two heads off tightening with a screw driver by hand. When I went to remove the pieces sticking out, the screw broke again.
The oven gets screwed in at a 45 degree angle, they should have made it 90 degrees.

It comes with 5 wire racks and one gliding rack. There are 6 possible positions for the racks in each oven, BUT the gliding rack doesn't work on the bottom position. You can place it there, but it WILL tip forward if you glide it out.
The problem is that the bottom tab is smaller than the others, so it doesn't hold the gliding rack because it's slightly narrower than the tab.
My previous KitchenAid had a gliding rack in each oven on the bottom rack. Someone dropped the ball on this one.

Only the top oven is capable of using the temperature probe. My previous oven had a port in both ovens to be able to use the temperature probe and I would use both for the holidays (turkey up top, ham in the bottom).
The display has 3 brightness settings. Low, Medium, High. Medium and High are too bright and tend to wash out the display. Unless the sun shines directly on your oven display, there's no need for those two settings. An auto feature with a light sensor would have been nice here.
This oven has a steam bake feature. I was curious about if the oven needed a water line or something, but no. All you do is toss water on the bottom of the inside of the oven. Pretty useless as you can just add a pan of water in any oven.
This oven boasts that you don't need to preheat, yet the instructions say you should preheat. Only under very specific circumstances can you skip the preheat.
It takes about 12 minutes to preheat to 350 normal bake. About the same on convection to 325.
What I noticed it that the convection preheat will overheat. What I mean is, when it's done preheating, you can raise the temperature more to see the current temperature. When I preheated to 325 on convection, and then raised it to 350, the temperature was at 340, according to the oven display. Normal bake did not do this, but the convection test was the top oven and the normal bake was tested on the bottom oven.

I also purchased a dishwasher and am not too happy with the design either. We purchased everything online, sight-unseen, because we had a remodel and needed to match the microwave (which is the only Frigidaire product I'm happy with). First and last time purchasing Frigidaire. If they were returnable, they would have been returned.

Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is sleek, works well and is very quiet. The temp goes up quickly, and seems to be consistent. I thought that the minimal controls would make choosing settings a pain by needing several menu steps, but it's actually quite quick. Other have noted that the rolling racks cannot be placed on the very lowest rack level, but I've not had an issue fitting anything in my oven as it is set up. Overall, happy with the purchase, it looks great in my kitchen. I hope it functions this well for many years to come.
