Great oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was optimistic about purchasing this oven. I really wanted one that was a lot simpler but this oven is so user-friendly. I now love all the different settings on it. I really love the bread proofing setting. I also love the glider rack. I am thinking of purchasing another one for the top oven. I highly recommend this oven

Lovely, lots of features but broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used our oven once (Christmas Eve) and it started blinking an error light (error 30). Called customer service and they sent a tech out. We still don’t have a functioning oven - they are replacing the entire control panel on our brand new oven. We are able to use it, but have to pull the power source after each use. Lovely features, cooks nicely, but would love if it worked properly.

Ovens have been broken for 3 years.

I have been using my ovens almost daily and love them. I can’t to finally be able to host thanksgiving this year at our home.
