More of an Oven than I'll ever need

I probably won't ever use some of these features, unless I get brave, but it's fun to be able to try new things. Got it mainly to bake my sourdough in. Its turning out perfectly every time with the convection bake.

Great replacement

Many options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been enjoying the new double wall oven since we’ve had it installed. Have only used it a few times, but the heat level has seemed accurate, so far. We like the many options available on the oven: convection, steam bake, air fry, no preheat, etc. We haven’t tried all of them yet, but felt the air fry did a good job. The only thing so far that we don’t like is that when the cook timer goes off, the oven turns off automatically, as well. We understand the safety aspect of why it does this, but it makes it difficult when you’re baking something like cookies with multiple batches. Looked for a way to over-ride this setting, but didn’t find one. We now use the timer on our phone, instead, when baking.
