Amazing architectural details

I just love the buildings. I love the details in each set, especially the architectural details. I also enjoy the information about the pieces in the instructions (e.g., the balcony pieces were originally designed as Ninjago snakes).

Beautiful and worthy addition to the modular line

When they released pictures for this set my jaw dropped! the sand green with the light nougat color is absolutely beautiful. The lime green tree really pops and adds so much character to this set as well. The stairs that lead up to the patio were perhaps my favorite part of the build. They are so worn and fun. Just perfect. The art studio is amazing as well. The art displays were a lot of fun to build. This has knocked the Brick Bank from its throne as my favorite corner building. Wow, what a fun build.
