Nothing like a 5 star hotel

This is a beautiful addition to any Lego city. As a corner building this is a must as well. I happen to have both the police station as well as the bookshop which the box for this set shows as being in either side of it. I am still experimenting where exactly I want to put it. The Easter eggs to other modular sets makes this worth while for long time modular enthusiasts. Highly recommended.

I love to travel and this reminds me of that. Super cute from lobby to highest room and the art boutique and outside bar area - it's just that cool. I probably need earlier set to join it to - until then I'm fine travel dreaming with my boutique hotel.

This was a relatively easy build. It has nice details both inside and out. It is another corner building, so you will probably need to rearrange your city setup. But completely worth it!

Boutique Build

I have not started the build yet. I am a tax professional so it will have to be completed in the summer. I have several modular buildings and I love building and displaying them. I can't wait to add this build to my collection.

When I started working on building this set, I was struck by the tropical feel of the hotel, and it occurred to me that Jimmy Buffett should be on the deck playing guitar. Not only did I do that, but I also bought the LEGO Parrot and replaced the building dome with the Parrot, a true Jimmy Buffett symbol. Now I have a shrine of sorts to Jimmy.
I really like how these Creator Expert Modular Building sets have evolved over the years in complexity and ingenious building elements. Thank you!
