I bought this kit for myself after helping my daughter with all her Christmas LEGO sets and getting jealous, lol. Took 3 afternoons to complete. Has great detail and loved the variance in architecture with each floor that kept it interesting all the way through. Fun details like the art gallery, specialty furniture, balconies, pillar architecture were so great. Was a very good build.

I really enjoyed building the Boutique Hotel and loved the details. There are so many exquisite and cute details throughout the building, but my only complaint is that with the modular design, you can't see them once you are complete! I would love it if these buildings included an open back or side so you can admire all the details once complete. I am very particular in which sets I buy. For example, my favorite is the Up house for sentimental reasons, but I love that I can see all the details. Having an open side/back would make these modular builds a 5+ star build! I still love it, but would really love to admire the details.

Its a great set with a good desgin but its soo small and i paid soo much. It is riducalesly downsised and compacted for its price.
