This turns out to be unusable. Somehow the cover gets stuck when you put something hot. It creates a vacuum of some sort. With the smooth design, it is difficult to have a grip to even to try to get it open. This is a never again product for us.

The best mug!

Love the new colors—wish they had the yellow and green in the 16 ounce mugs. I love how they keep my water cold and my coffee hot. I love the top of the mug—I don’t like drinking out of straws or sliding lids. Couldn’t be any happier—think i almost have one in every color!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cutest mug out there, and it stays hot for ages. I got this mug after using a Fellow Carter Wide for years. I loved it, and also it was a bit annoying when I was in a car, or even to fit into a backpack water bottle pocket. But the real reason I was finally persuaded to "upgrade" was the bright yellow color, and the laser engraving! All the same great Carter features I loved, in a more portable, extremely cute package.
I would recommend this to a friend!
