I just got this item and was really excited to use it and then for some reason I screwed it on and it jammed. I couldn't take off the top and I had a hard time opening it. It took me about 10 minutes to open it. Now I'm scared to close it too tight and have coffee come out if its dropped slightly. Really sucks, I was hyped for this item.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I specifically bought this because I was sick of the metallic taste that coffee gets in other mugs. This mug really keeps the coffee tasting fresh! I also love that it closes completely and doesn't spill on my morning commute and the design is so beautiful! Love it!

I just got my Carter Mug in the mail and immediately starting using it! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this mug!!! Even without the lid on, my coffee stayed hot for several hours (way longer than my normal paper Togo cup options). I even had a coffee in the mug closed I forgot about and I went to clean it the next day, 16 hours later, and it was still warm!! I love that it’s a screw on lid so I can just throw it in my bag and never have to be worried it’s going to leak. Can’t wait to test this out with an iced drink next!

i’m obsessed with this mug. i use it as an everyday water bottle and an occasional iced coffee mug, and it’s perfect for both! the filter does a great job of blocking the ice cubes from hitting me in the face. the look of the mug is just everything to me i am OBSESSED! i Will say though that my daily routine includes moving around a lot, and i’ve dropped or knocked over the mug a few times so naturally some of the paint got chipped (almost completely unnoticeable) and i dented a small area on the bottom. so just avoid doing that and you’ll be fine!

Amazing product

I have been using my mug for a full week and love it! It keeps my coffee hot all day and doesn’t leave the coffee with a burnt taste. Easy to clean and the no spill top is brilliant. Love it and may buy another. I got the smoke green color and it’s a beautiful sage green.

Carter on the Go!

I bought this because I wanted a great thermal mug that wasn't metal on the inside. The Carter mug is leakproof - I threw it in a backpack with my MacBook Pro and not a drop came out - and it is ceramic lined. It holds a good amount of coffee and keeps it hot for hours. No complaint with this move mug - in fact, I'm going to order a couple more!
