I like that there’s a ceramic inside. All my other to go mugs are metal and the coffee doesn’t taste as good.
Also I’ve been able to avoid spilling coffee all over bags and my car thanks to the secure top.

Keeps my coffee warm for hours! From the color of the mug to the rim that fits my lip perfectly to the splash guard that I didn’t know I needed - this mug is wonderfully designed.

Ceramic liner is great. Holds heat incredibly well. I wasn’t sure about the splash insert prior to purchasing but it’s super effective!

The Mug is amazing, it's totally hermetic, it does not spill. It looks grate and fits everywhere. Purchase through website and costumer service were excellent.

Bad design. I expected better for this price

I don’t like the design. I ordered the 360 sip lid, it has a magnetic splash guard which is completely unnecessary. At the end of every coffee I usually spill as I try and sip because you have to tip your head back so far and the coffee comes out the sides of the 360 lid. Ceramic doesn’t cover the entire inside of the vessel. Too many parts that could get easily lost. It does keep my drink hot for quite a long time though

Was gifted a smaller Jot mug and loved it so much that I had to buy a larger one! Turns out I'll have to buy yet another because my husband has claimed it as his own. The stopper on the inside is total genius!

if the cup is kept

if the cup is kept for a while closed (half a day- a day - forgotten in the car overnight) after finishing the content - it keeps the smell of the content but spoiled, so the smell turns you off. Fortunately after soaking it for a while, it goes away
