Poor seal

Keeps water warm but seal broke after 2 uses. Have not had this problem with other fellow products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don’t recommend

Extremely disappointed in this product. Only used it for one day before the top got stuck on the cup and now won’t come off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Round but works great

It works great keeps my coffee warm for about 4-5 hours. It is a bit too round so makes it hard to open while driving at times. The spill guard is great!

Best cup since forever!

Absolutely LOVE my Carter. It is the perfect size for a to go in the morning. Stays hot forever! No more cold coffees left on my desk before a series of meetings. Always hot when I get back! Thought the sip insert was weird but it actually makes a huge difference.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the non- spill insert

Gave it to my daughter for Christmas, she was extremely happy. Taking it on a car trip, she loved the little insert that keeps it from spilling when she drinks. One of the reasons she really loves it is that she hates drinking from a little hole. Having the non-spill filter gets rid of the need for that.
I would recommend this to a friend!
