Good buy, not smelly like reviews said

I had hesitated buying this because of reviews about a bad smell. When it arrived it did indeed have the weird smell described on reddit and other places. So I washed it before using it, like I would any product. Smell was 100% gone. I assume internet weirdos are using this product without cleaning it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the mug

I have purchased or gifted the Carter mugs prior to this last purchase. Love them! The only problem I have and it is operator error is filling the mug to the rim and creating spillage. I also just purchased the 12 oz mug for the first time and in the past I have had 16oz. I prefer the 12 oz mug since it fits nicely in my car cup holder, but the 16 oz capacity is more practical for my consuming experience. Also, I have had to replace my mug due to me either leaving it behind or others finding my mug and thinking its owner wouldn’t come back for it.

This mug is exactly what I was looking for in a to go mug for iced coffee: it's the right size, fits my cup holder, keeps my drinks cold, and there's no straw.

Love the size, the fact that it fits car cupholders, the ingenious ice cube insert, and the rim. The seal is secure enough that I’ve put a full cup of coffee in my bag without worrying about it leaking. The only downside is it’s on the heavier side. But the other features make the weight worth it. I bought the 360 lid, but find it’s more comfortable without it.

Let me start by saying that looks for this Mug are nice and quality is ok not great. The only reason i purchase carter move mug was because it was supposed to be leakproof but is not it still leak. I ride my motorcycle to work everyday so i use a backpack and i need something that works. The only function this mug has and it doesn’t do it rite disappointment. So still on the search for a leakproof mug.

I absolutely love this little thing, it's my favorite purchase of the year so far. The orange/red color I got is gorgeous, the material feels great to hold, the 8oz size is adorably perfect for me, and it keeps my coffee warm all morning until I'm ready for it! The thin rim makes drinking from it heavenly. It doesn't overflow over a thick lip like a typical travel mug. I love how well it's sealed so I can just toss it in my bag and not worry about it AT ALL. And the splash guard functions perfectly to keep my coffee from spilling while I'm walking around or in my car. I would truly recommend this mug to anyone who drinks warm beverages.
