Honestly this review isn’t just about the mug (which is phenomenal) but also about the customer service.
Had a slight issue and it was resolved in 5 minutes with quick email support from the team.
The mug is brilliant - keeps warm and cold for ages, thin lipped and easy to drink and enjoy the aroma from.
Only issue is that it’s slightly too wide for my car cup holder.. but that’s no big deal!

Splash Guard is awesome

Added this to my collection of fellow products and it lives up to their standard. Fits in a cup holder unlike the original Carter and the splash guard is great! Keeps your coffee warm while letting through the aroma! Highly recommend!

Fellow kindly replaced my original order for a move mug for an everywhere mug when I realized the move didn’t fit in cup holders. This is an awesome mug and the only thing I wish it had was more colors or designs!

Light weight, nicely designed, enjoyable to drink from, especially love the experience drinking from the stopper, which helps with controlling the flow. Only thing is I hope it came with a travel bag like the Everywhere mug.

I love my new mug keeps my coffee even colder than other tumblers I've used it's very convenient if it's and coffee holders and I love the little strainer to keep the ice in place

Good Mug but Slippery

Filled mug with hot coffee in the morning and was still nice and warm by lunch. Heat loss is through the lid which gets a bit warm. Only downside is the grip. I wrapped several rubber bands around it so I don't have to grab the mug so tightly. Maybe some colored electrical tap would look better. Mine is gray and my daughter has both a white and black one. They have a slightly better grip. Definitely the best looking mug I've ever had.
