Splash guard is good addition love the ceramic lining can use this for both tea and coffee - doesn’t carry over taste. Love all the colors.

The Carter Move Mug (16oz, cargo green) was part of my first Fellow order. I'm happy with this product. Please note that the splash guard comes apart. I was concerned one morning when I realised that part of the splash guard was missing/floating in the coffee. The splash guard is easier to clean if you take it apart.

It's a great mug. The splash guard on the 16oz-er is ingenius. Everyone should buy at least one of these for their friends and family. I'm giving them out to my managers as a small birthday gift. Cool colors!

No Leaks, Can Go In My Bag

This mug is brilliant. I typically have my hands full when also trying to take a coffee or tea to go, so I am thrilled that I can put it in my bag with no worries of spills. Also this sleek mug kept my bevie warm for over two hours (probably could have been longer if I didn't drink it all). I also took it outside and placed it in the heat will reading a book in the sun, and my water stayed cool the entire time (about an hour and a half).

It’s such a genius little design. The metal piece on the inside really does keep liquid from splashing all over you when you’re on the move. 12oz is small enough to carry around if you have a mini backpack or larger purse. Huge fan.

USE WITH CAUTION!!!

While this mug does do a good job of allowing for a pleasant drinking experience with exceptional heat retention, it clearly disregards safety. While it does have a ceramic lining to preserve taste, you will be drinking from a steel lip which tastes like steel. That lip is also very thin and hard (see picture attached), which resulted in me chipping a tooth and my wife busting her lip. You can drink from it safely if you are always cautious and paying complete attention to drinking from your mug without focusing on anything else. However, there is no point in creating a splash guard or intentionally making the mug to fit in a car cup holder if you cannot safely drink from it while driving. My incidents happened while driving. I had more than one incident, but only one which resulted in a chipped front tooth. Simply making the steel lip wider, smoother or coating with with rubber could have prevented the problem. I love Fellow and have many of their products, but I would strongly recommend against this mug if you care about your teeth. Me and my wife both have this mug and neither of us will be using it in the future.
