Love it for the most part.

I really do love this product and it’s my go to for coffee on the go. But my one drawback on this is the lid. Every time time I take off the lid to take a drink the lid drips onto the table or over wherever I am standing. Albeit this complaint is very small and I could solve it by flipping the lid over more quickly. But sometimes I forget and it’s very annoying when it drips.

I have 3. I also have Yeti, Igloo, and Kinto which are also great products.... But my Carters are my favorite looking, and beat everything else out in real-life heat retention. I get comments on it by anyone who sees me with it

I own a million mugs so I really didn't need this, but after loving my gooseneck kettle so much, I REALLY wanted to try it. My favorite part: The splash guard, which makes a HUGE difference compared to the other "high end" brand mugs I have, which I love, but my pet peeve is that they do splash and I burn my lips! LOVE. THIS. MUG. It's always dirty! :)

Best mug I’ve ever used. I can tend to be a slow coffee drinker. My carter mug will easily keep my coffee hot for at least 10-12 hours throughout the workday. Love the look and drinkability, especially when in the car with the no-spill insert.

The size change was perfect. I bought this mug for my husband because he bought the first shorter mug and used it everyday. This new mug has replaced it since he can take it to work more easily in the car.
