Need to improve the leakproof lid design

Great looking mug and nice to drink out of. However, unless the leakproof lid is screwed on VERY carefully, it is not very… leakproof :u1F97A:.

Great 8oz travel mug

Great mug and seals tight with no spills. I love how it keeps my drink really hot and the thinner lip is comfortable to drink from and cools it enough to not burn your tongue. It’s a bit thick to hold onto, but I have small hands.

Best Mug Ever…Until

This is a bummer because it was honestly the best coffee cup/thermos I’ve ever had. Seriously it was AWESOME. Then I had the problem that I now know is common where the mug takes on a weird smell. Despite washing, drying, soaking, etc it won’t go away and is now effectively unusable.

Good but could use some improvements

I love that this thermos is leakproof, but I wish there wasn't so much plastic inside it. I'm always trying to find something that won't hold the smell of stale milk if I have a latte in it. Overall, I like this, so I'm keeping it to use with tea only.

By far my family’s’ favorite mugs! We’ve now purchased 3, and we use them daily. The size and drip filter are great, and the lid doesn’t leak at all. It will also keep ice all day.

This is a beautiful and amazing mug. It is sleek, fits in a cup holder and in my bike water bottle holder, and doesn't leak. The ceramic lining keeps the coffee flavour throughout the day where I can still taste the delicious coffee notes. The splash guard is so nice if you ever take the bus, sky train or drink your coffee in the car.
The mug does dent easily.

Lid isn’t smart

Unfortunately the entire lid has to be removed completely in order to drink out of this, so the heat is lost quickly
