I love the mug! The

I love the mug! The splash guard makes it great for commuting, my coffee/tea can cool a bit without spilling. Fits in my cup holder perfectly. I like the feel of the lid it comes with over the 360 lid. I ordered both, thinking the other would be more convenient, but I prefer the leak proof lid by far. It is definitely leak proof! I put it in the front pocket of my backpack sidewise and haven’t had any leaking issues.

So far this mug has been great, and keeps my coffee hot longer than my previous travel mug. I definitely enjoy the open design when sipping, and the bottle has been leak free. I throw it in my work bag every day, full of coffee.

Wow. This mug has been amazing. I searched long and hard to find a mug that could love up to the goal of a ceramic mug that could travel well. I love the cap that keeps things from leaking. The splash guard on the inside was genius. The number one feature, well besides its ability to keep my coffee and tea hot for more than 1/2

Easy cleaning, tastes great, stays warm, and is so nice looking. One thing I wasn’t expecting is that the white is a bit more eggshell and doesn’t match my white hydro flask. The best part is that I can toss it in my backpack and free up my hands on my walk to school. Then I can open it and it is still hot. The 8 oz. seems pretty small but it can fit exactly 8oz. below the filter. You could fit more if you poured above the filter, but it would be difficult to walk and drink.

This mug is sleek, efficient, and the perfect way to enjoy coffee on the go. The design allows for easy access when stored in a car cup holder. The leakproof capability is exceptional. It’s versatility makes it great for sipping hot coffee at home too.

This coffee mug is AMAZING!! Love the style, the splash guard you wouldn’t think is a game changer but it totally is. My coffee stays hot for hours even with the cap off, and no leaks. I absolutely LOVE this mug.

3.5 stars. Outside touch and feel is great. Really does make coffee taste better than other mugs I've owned. Needs a larger size (20oz? 24oz?). Thermos is just ok. Can't keep hot from morning to afternoon. Maybe 3-4 hours max before hot turns to warm or less. Splash guard is nice/bad. Nice when it's installed and it does help. Bad because I hate the plastic screw pieces in the center. Their inferior build quality and touch compared to everything else on this mug is so much less. Plus the whole splash guard is a pain to disassemble and wash by hand. Also, lost product placement/marketing opportunity. If you're going to have a special ceramic interior mug that doesn't lend itself to metal spoons due to scratching the ceramic service, where is the Fellow Carter Strr Stick made out of non-scratch silicon or the like? Then, to really turn this up to 11 (or go from 3.5 stars to 5), add some smart features like support for Apples Find My or AirTag like functionality built-in to better locate your mug on your smartphone when you leave it behind somewhere. Make it 100% chargeable via wireless, so no risk of adding external charging ports to worry about getting wet or damaging due to the constant use of drinking from said mug, or washing said mug after use. Nobody likes those flappy rubber things to cover USB ports to help seal them off. Or worse case, have a built in watch battery style compartment that could power the smart tracking functionality. Overall the Carter Move Mug is good, but not yet great. It's a solid start.
