[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does everything you would need for a $500 laptop, refresh rate could be higher, and the trackpad leaves a lot to be desired. Decent processor, good for a living in a backpack for to and from school.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only issue I had was it getting locked up, once. I just closed it and for some reason, I had to shut it down to get it to launch the log-in screen. I use it for school, so it is fairly new.
