not a great product

I bought this a month ago to extend onto my Swann system I already have. The door/windows sensors I have paired numerous times and made sure the magnets are connecting but is hit and miss if it actually captures and alerts that a door has been opened or closed. the motion sensors are useless as they go off all the time even with no movement to detect. I walk past them and they don't work or it alerts 5 minutes after motion. I've tried re pairing but still the same and no way to adjust sensitivity through the security app. The only thing I've benefited out of was adding the siren which does trigger with my cameras. Was an expensive siren.

Could be better...

Bought this system Dec 2022,
It was easy to set up and connect to the app, whole installation took around 35 minutes.
All works fine.
Didn't realise when i bought this that it also pairs with my cctv and the cameras can be set to trigger the siren.
Downsides...
When positioning and testing the PIR sensors you have to wait 3 minutes each time you do a walk through as they go into sleep mode each time they are triggered. This wasn't an issue for me as i had a fair idea where they were going to be installed but for someone unaware may think they are not working.
The siren, this is about as loud as my alarm clock, again not a real issue for me because if you were in bed asleep and it went off then it would still wake you up (it just wouldn't bother the person who broke in)
All in all im happy with the product so far.

Poor app features

Works ok but would be goodie you could turn off each sensor in the app before.so it doesn’t go of every time you enter a zone for example I have a sensor in the garage but when I go in each morning to get in my car and go to work it wakes up every body sleeping if you could turn each sensor off and on again in the app would be great
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap rubbish

Batteries ran out on motion sensors. Put new batteries in, but will not pair. Tried deleting and re-pairing sensors and they won't pair. Now have a useless pair of sensors. Avoid at all cost. Spend a bit more and buy a better system. Lesson learnt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this for a week now, the instructions is easy to follow and easy to put on. I put it on the back door and some windows we have at front. The only thing I wish to change is the plastic material they use, it seems very thin and am afraid it might break easily, but all in all, it works nicely and will keep your house safe.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Alarmingly Effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I really didn't have the money far a huge home security system, and for that matter I live in a codon and didn't feel it was necessary. So when I cam across the Swann it was exactly what I was looking for. It was very easy to set up on my windows and sliding glass door. The alarm works great and when I tried it out, it startled even me. I love the app and it's easy to use. I feel more at ease know I have this set up now.
I would recommend this to a friend!
