Disappointing

This toaster looks nice, but that is the end of positive comments. It has a bagel feature that toast both sides of the bagel. All four of the heating elements glow, even though the bagel button is pushed with vigor. I have tried the computer hack of unplugging it, waiting a minute and plugging it back in, with no success.
The dial for the shade of toast desired is a mute point. If you can read braille, it is no problem. There is no visual means of determining the darkness setting.

Please take note that with Oster® toasters, when a bagel setting is used, the toasting period is longer as compared to regular toasting due to the bagel's thickness. We hope this helps. I bought this toaster two months ago and use it occasionally. It already won't latch. Not good quality. Too bad because I love the color.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

toasting one or two slices of bread and they are placed in the left-hand slots or if your toaster is not connected to the main supply.
To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the toaster and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the toaster into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the toaster's performance.

WASTE OF MONEY

Looks good and that's about all I can say. Advert says it toasts quickly. Well, I could have a little nap before my bread is toasted. I've never had a toaster that takes so long. I had an old, old toaster that didn't look so good which is why I bought this Oster toaster - but the Oster is now going into storage and I will bring out my old ten year old toaster and start enjoying toast again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful design but feels cheap & toasts unevenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this toaster for almost a month now. It does two slices of bread at a time and has 6 heat settings. The toaster looks great on my kitchen counter, however, the feel and materials are on the cheap end. Also, I noticed on a few occasions that the slices of bread were not evenly toasted. Its kind of a deal breaker for me. I cannot recommend this product.

Adorable and toasts well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color of this and the design! I have had a few of toasters that are this brand but when I saw this design my kitchen needed it! One button is for bengals, frozen and and ejection button! It has toasted evenly and I have no objections yet!

Simple but awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the retro design of this toaster, the unique color and that it’s a quiet little work horse of a kitchen tool. It even has a bagel function which is a must in our house. 3 is the perfect setting for just the right crisp on toast and bagels alike. It also toasts a frozen waffle quite well. This is a winner!
