Bubbles and permanent lines on screen

i put screen protectors on all my and my family members' phones and change them every year or so. but overall this screen protector is one of the worst.
while i like the concept of easy installation with guiding plate, the protector itself doesn't seem to work well. you get 2 of them in each package, but both of my tries leaves numerous amount of bubbles. the firm is too sticky and sticks on the screen quickly, so i can't push the bubbles all out. furthermore, both screen protectors will leave a horizontal line in the screen, where the outside layer snaps off.

Bubbles and 2 Horizontal Lines in Screen

listen to other reviews. the alignment tool hardly helps and the sticker that "helps" keep your phone in place does not help. the screen protector installment has you pull a strip from the center and horizontally so now you are left with 2 lines in your screen. there are bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles that are impossible to get out. i bought this screen protector because i thought being made by samsung, it would be good for my samsung phone. i was wrong. buy a screen protector elsewhere.

i looked all over online for a non-glass screen cover for my new phone and i wasn't happy about the choices i had. but then i saw samsung had made their own, it wasn't made of glass and the kit comes with an easy installation process. i was able to install it with no problems. the instructions were super easy and i had no bubbles on my new phone. it's not a cheap film feel at all. it feels clean and like my actual screen, so i don't feel it on my fingers. it doesn't hug corners of the screen all the way, so when i put my phone cover on it, it didn't get peeled off or disturbed, it stayed on, which i'm glad. over all happy this exists and it came with 2 in my box! had it for 2 weeks so far and it's still on and looks great, love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible quality, disappointed in Samsung

ordered this as my phone didn't come with anything. it managed to be clear of scratches until i put this protector on. the next day, it was scratched up from being in my bag. weird. i expected it to only have scratched my protector, but since it is a plastic sleeve, it scratched my phone as well. don't waste your money here.

Saved my phone today
