I feel secure in this chair. The last one I had was on its' last wheel. LOL! When I leaned back to far it made me crash on the floor.

Comfortable, but little troublesome

The overall comfort and sound quality are amazing. however when installing the arm rest, the screw holes were not all even and after working on trying to get them secured they feel lose.

the product is great however the stitch line is already coming apart in middle of seat. I've only had the chair for 3 weeks . can anything be done ?

Brilliant Chair, very good Lights and Audio, easy to setup and love the full base Foot (Not Casters & Legs)
Sits really good on floor and no squeaking noises or moving around, easy controls and I like the Jack Plug to plug into Xbox Controller and Chair for playing when family are sleeping. so comfy I have fallen asleep. Best chair I have bought so far. Would highly recommend
