I like the product but there are some defects to the one i received

Received this as a present a few days ago but have found some issues since building it. 1 There is a hard metal feeling bump on the right side of the seat itself feels like over time it will rip through the seat and be exposed being a safety hazard in my house. The second issue is the right side armrest (right side while sitting on the chair) has a lot of play in it. whatever it was attached to inside the faux leather covering has come loose compared to the sturdy left side. Also over time, this might end up ripping the armrest with enough use since it isn't secured properly.

has the chance for Bluetooth or aux to allow a full experience, and tilt tension built in so even grandpa can get in and out easy

The product would not provide the Bluetooth functionality. and would not could to my device with the auxiliary corded method either.
