Feels nice, could be more robust

Feels nice but a bit flimsy. I wish the neck was less flexible and the vibrations stronger to really maximize the clean. I also don't apply cleanser to the brush or I would use twice as much product! I apply and start to lather on my face then follow with the brush. Skin feels soft without irritation, but no change in pores or brightness

Upset I didn't buy this sooner, seriously! my pores and fine lines are much less visible even after only a few uses. A must have for sure!

I recently received the PMD Mini as a gift, I used it once and now it turns on but doesn't do anything else. I let it dry, put in a new battery and nothing it still doesn't work. I have very dry oily skin due to Seborrheic Dermatitis and I even after one use I noticed a difference and I can't even use it anymore.. very disappointed

I used to HATE washing my face - it gave me terrible sensory issues. The PMD mini has been a total game changer. It is so gentle, easy, and reliable! I have used it every day for a year now and am so happy with my skin!
