Been washing my face wrong my whole life

I recently broke up with my barred soap and started a skin care routine. In my desperate attempt to cling to my youth, I came across this product and I love it. It cleans well and feels even better.

Nice but short-lived

I wanted to love this and it does a nice job overall, but it stopped working already. I got it early June (very fast shipping to Hawaii - big deal) and it’s now end of July and it powers up, buzzes some then stops. Changed batteries and still the same.
PROS: I have combination skin and my feels cleaner and softer without being abrasive. My skin really takes in the products I use instead of sitting on top.
An extra bonus is this helps alleviate bug bites. I’m a bug buffet, but after using this my bites stop itching. Maybe it’s the deep cleaning and vibration.
This is a nice price point and the compact size is great for travel.
MAJOR CON: No matter how good the tool, not working after 2 months is a deal breaker.
I would not recommend. I also own the regular size and it’s held up, a better investment if you have the budget for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The device’s light is red, and I have replaced the battery, but it still does not work. There was also no user manual available on your website.
