[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the E series of Lenovo laptops. This is my third one over many years. I must say that this time I opted to get the fingerprint reader. This is the only feature that I've found doesn't work hardly ever. I, first of all, had a hard time finding it as I expected it to be at the bottom right of the keyboard as it has been in so many other Lenovo laptops. This time, it's located on the power on/off button. That took a while to figure out because there was no quick start manual with the package. I haven't given up on it yet, but we'll see. I also opted for the backlit keyboard. It's ho hum from what I expected, but that's okay. Not essential. Otherwise, I love all the features and the ram and the speed of the data transfers etc. I have opted for the E series primarily because it offers me the Thinkpoint built in mouse at the center of the keyboard (that little red dot that nobody knows what to do with). I worked for many years with that red dot on my corporate expensive Thinkpads from 1990-2017 when I retired. Love, love, love Lenovo!

Everything has downloaded easily and no issues so far with applications or programs. Good video and microphone which are essentials for the last few years. Bit pricey but we had our old Lenovo for 7 years so the money is worth it for the durability of the product. We got a deal on the premium service package for repairs and computer issues and they were able to help us out already with tech specifics. Super happy.
