I love it, it never leaves my wrist. It tracks my steps, sleep, and exercises. I’m in love with this watch and I can’t thank the garmin team for creating such fine watch craftsmanship. 10/10 would buy again
I from a 4Runner 35 to my new Instinct 2s. It does struggle sometimes finding GPS as I live in a mountainous area but other than that I'm finding it quite fun and rather entertaining at times. I'm a senior citizen but quite active and find the features are just right for the things I'm most interested in. One of the most amazing things is the battery stays charged for days. I am truly enjoying my new instinct
Good product but needed a Magnifying Glass to read

Thank you for your review and experience with the Instinct 2S. We would like to discuss this further over email. If you would please email us at product.support@garmin.com.
I was a user of another company's trackers since 2011 . Two units ago, my tracker died after less than 3 years. The last lasted 14 months. My husband has had a garmin and suggested I switch companies. Glad I did. The instinct 2s has information handy that i find useful. I am rather surprised at that because I don't necessarily like technology. I use the alerts for texts and notifications. The one I like the best is to notify me that sunrise is 30 minutes away.... legal hunting. I also like the long battery life. Glad I switched!!
This is watch is everything I need. It is the most simple and minimalist Garmin watch. I use it for connecting to strava on bikes rides and runs. I would recommend this for anyone who wants something simple but still had all the common capabilities or just wants a watch to track yourself on strava.
There are a few cons - this is not the watch for you if you if you want maps connectivity. I would get a edge compyter for that if cycling. I wasn't looking for that feature tho but I know some may be! The smaller wrist size watch also only last 21 days - although mine dies faster than that with tracking rides and workouts. It realistically is about a week battery life with it tracking me.
I have used only the basic functions of the watch, but they seem to work well. I like the Garmin Connect app that shows useful (and colorful) summaries of my walks and heart function. I have found the four buttons on the watch somewhat confusing, but I'm slowly getting used to them and may eventually even figure out how to access functions I am interested in. I printed out the 116-page user manual in the hope of finding those functions. Garmin crams many features into this watch, and, for me, they have come at the expense of a friendly user interface. I will have to train myself further before I am happy with this watch.
It just works, unlike a lot of other brands. Accurate HR, miles and speed. Really detailed maps. App is great as well, fast to sync. Durable, I've crashed a few times mountain biking and the face is still scratch free. Solid basic watch without unneeded features.
This is the first Garmin watch I have owned. I love it as a beginner's watch! I rated 4 star because the battery drains so fast when doing any activity tracking. Also, it doesn't quite match other trackers (like my phone or alltrails) in regards to distance? Not sure why that is.
