I had read the ad and it stated that this unit is upgradable to Windows 11. It came with it instead and now I'm lost for I'm used to Windows 10. Also, when I open a PDF, it doesn't pop up immediately, there is a 4 second delay. The same happens when my screen saver is on, I have to click on my mouse several times before I can sign in with my password. So far, I'm not thrilled with this laptop. My previous laptop, ASUS ZenBook UX303UA 13.3-Inch FHD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 10 (64 bit), never had any of these issues, it was the best laptop that I've ever owned and I should have reorder it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
