I’ve had it for a month now, which is not long enough to give a decent review in my opinion but garmin keeps sending me emails to write one so here we go. It is a nice watch. I haven’t been able to use all the features I’m interested in yet but will soon. I am disappointed that I can’t use it to answer phone calls or reply back to text messages. You can see what the text says but can’t reply. The ads and garmin website is very misleading with that. The body battery is very useful and pretty accurate. I don’t play sports or run so most all the athletic stuff is useless to me. I’m excited to see how well the golf part works but again time will tell. I was disappointed to find out it does not work with any of my garmin electronics on my boat. It does work with my trolling motor so that is a plus. I will see how useful it is when I go fishing again. I have paired my Garmin alpha 300 with it but haven’t been hunting yet to see how useful it is there either. I do plan to write another review after hunting and fishing with it for a while but maybe this will get garmin to stop emailing me for a while and give me time to actually test it out.

Too complicated to use even the minimum features

I have Garmin bike computers and a vivofit. I bought the epix thinking it was as intuitive as the other products . WRONG! I can’t even navigate thru to use the most basic features. Frustrating. I’ve look at YouTube videos and the garmin website. It’s pretty a waste for me. My Apple Watch is so much easier to use and that is why apple is so widely used. I have friends that have a similar garmin who complain if the same issues. Big Miss Garmin.

Well Executed - AMOLED Display just not for me

Well executed by Garmin (per usual) as I was moving up from an Instinct Crossover Solar. Love the touchscreen, sensors, and improved info but at the end I didn't care for the AMOLED display. This one went back and I'm waiting on a FENIX 8 Solar (47mm).

Me encanta, es muy sobrio, distinguido y robusto. La única observación es que para que me mida bien el sueño, tuve que cambiarlo de muñeca, ya que la izquierda la tengo tatuado y no media bien el sueño

Many great functions

I replaced my Vivoactive 4 after 3 years use mainly for pool & oen water swimming, timer, walking. The Epic gas many more cool functions. I was disappointed that Navionics wouldn't work after 3 weeks use I have learned to like it.

Best thing about it is the battery life you get. Everything my Apple Watch did and more. The larger face is really easy to read.
