Disappointed in solar functionality

For the price of the Fenix 7, I am very disappointed in the solar functionality. I understand that solar charging will be slower than a powered connection. However, the fact that solar charging on the Fenix 7 seems designed not to charge, but instead to allow the battery to drain more slowly. Not happy with it.

I am so glad I moved up to the Fenix 7 solar. I've had a Fenix 5 for several years and loved it. The Fenix 7 solar is just that much better. The available apps allow for huge customization, and everything is very user friendly. Great job Garmin!

I still haven't had time to sit down and figure out how to utilize all the amazing functions of this watch. That being said, I find it amazing and a real asset as I age (58) in terms of monitoring sleep and recovery times after workouts.

Everything needed for someone that’s on the Go!!

Got the watch as an anniversary gift and I love it. I am a semi outdoorsy type that wanted something that could track progress that I am making with my workouts as well as my bicycle trips. So far this watch has exceeded my expectations.
