Great upgrade from the 645

Very pleased with the Fenix 7, was a little hesitant to upgrade from the 645 however I am very impressed and pleased. Highly recommend

Too many problems

I could not get it to switch from walking to swimming. Had to return it. Couldn't even turn it off

Amazing watch.

I’ve been a garmin fan for 6 years now. I had great luck with my forerunner but the fenix 7 is far superior. The amount of data they have added in a few years is amazing. You have to finance the watch for 5 years, but well worth it.

Excellent features and long battery life.

I really like the looks better than I thought I would. The stainless steel bezel has a solid and lasting tough appearance. The battery life is exceptional and the recharging time is much shorter than expected. It takes a bit of time to understand and quickly move between the features but in no time I navigating through the screens, widgets and apps. The connection to my calendar, texts emails and notifications is valuable as checking a phone in long meetings is bad form but not as bad as glancing at a watch. Great everyday and adventure tool. Good watch, good company.

Great all around watch!

I've had this watch for about a month and I am so glad I switched from Apple to Garmin. I'm still learning and calibrating it to my uses.
-I like the challenges and badges you can earn. It keeps it interesting and it adds a little more motivation.
- the look of the watch is nice, doesn't look like a typical smart watch.
- battery life is excellent.
- display is clear
- user friendly --> interface and inputs
- the Connect App is easy to use
- the included workouts are easy to use. They're helpful to get you started for quick workout.

Fenix 6 to 7 was a big upgrade

I was devastated to have recently lost my Fenix 6 at Laguardia airport (through security checkpoint). I really didn't want to spend the money for a new Fenix, I'd only my 6 for a little over a year. I ended up getting a Fenix 7-47mm. What a huge upgrade, I'm an avid runner and I love the touch screen, fast(er) and accurate GPS, great looks. the sharp display, not a derivative upgrade like other watches. I've been really happy with my 7.

Battery and GPS

I was tired of constantly charging my apple watch. This watch gets rid of that problem nicely. In terms of health features, it's also quite good. The one miss is on sleep monitoring. It will only track 1 session per day, so no naps get tracked. I'm confused why Garmin just doesn't enhance this feature. Otherwise, all good.
