I have been disappointed in the furniture overall. I felt I did my homework on this and read reviews. The cushions are not overstuffed. ( I asked that exact question and everyone assured me that they were. Not nearly as comfortable as others I have sold. Sorry to say - I am disappointed in my entire set. My old set I was replacing after 15 yrs had better cushions and quality.

I brought two of these chairs for my balcony and they are great. I brought them because my daughter had the same model for several years. They are very comfortable to sit in and the fabric used is very attractive and durable. I would buy them again.

3 years later- Waverly still perfect

I wanted to wait a bit before writing the review, but I love these chairs just as much now as the day we bought them. They’ve been outside on a covered porch so have had some minimal protection from the elements, but are still routinely exposed to wind, rain, and sun (just not full sun all day). I have noticed ZERO fading of the cushions (one chair gets substantially more sun than the other, so I would expect to see some fading on one)- none. The cushions are still perfect. No sagging, no wrinkling, no stains (and we’ve spilled plenty on them). The wicker is still pristine.
I cannot overstate enough how much we love these chairs. Comfortable, beautiful, durable. We got 2 waverly fixed chairs and ottomans. It’s been 3 years and they still look brand new with extremely minimal upkeep- literally just spot-cleaning spills, I have put zero other effort into maintaining these chairs.
They are perfect and I would absolutely purchase again!!

One of our new chairs came with and leg coil unwrapping on a brand new chair. Pretty unacceptable to me! Didn’t offer much in compensation, very disappointed that they didn’t take care of us
