Top Notch Outdoor Furniture and Excellent Customer Service

We purchased the Pepin Dining Table & Chairs with the 9ft tilt umbrella and a round fire table for our brand new deck. We could not be happier with our purchases. All the furniture is top quality, solidly built and looks great. The furniture really enhances the look of our deck. Each piece is constructed using high quality materials throughout and we are confident it will last and look good for years to come. We also have to give a shout out to Yardbird’s customer service team for their great work. Unfortunately, one of the four chairs and the top of fire table were damaged in shipping. I called Yardbird customer service immediately. The representative asked me to email pictures of the damaged pieces which I did. Once Yardbird received the photos they arranged for replacements to be delivered and picked up the damaged pieces. Simple and easy. Their customer service certainly earned an A+ for their responsiveness. Would definitely look to Yardbird again for our future outdoor furniture needs.

Everything has been fine so far, but all the plastic round pieces on the bottom of the swivel started falling off almost immediately. What can we do about that?
