Very disappointed

I got this in today and was thinking it was going to be as protective as the one I had on my IPhone 11 Pro but this barely covers the edges of the phone. It’s seriously like the edge of a dollar over the screen so if this gets dropped on it’s face it’s going to make contact. I’m definitely going to return this item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t charge

Says wireless charge compatible (may need to remove pop). Won’t charge with pop on or off! Terrible design.

I purchased this case with the understanding that it was "Wireless charging compatible". It does not work on my wireless charger. The last case I purchased with a pop socket worked flawlessly.

We're sorry to hear you've had some trouble keeping your new iPhone 13 Pro amped up wirelessly while using the Otter + Pop Symmetry Series Case. Did your previous device have Apple's MagSafe technology integrated into it? That is seeming to make a difference for some other folks when all other dynamics have remained consistent (case model and charging platform).
It might be worth checking to see if the case allows charging on your specific base when the PopGrip is removed. If not, it might be that a different charger will be necessary to accommodate your new device, regardless of the case being used.

I like this case. I just don't love it. I'd love it if it was able to charge on my wireless charger but it will not. Also can not figure out how to swap out the pop socket top.
Other than that , it protects my phone well as I drop it a lot!

Button improvement since the iPhone 12 Pro model!

I was happy "enough" with my iPhone 12 Pro version of this case, so decided to get the same thing for my new iPhone 13 Pro... the buttons seemed hard to push and didn't always respond well, but it was pretty and functional. This version is much improved! The buttons are sharp with instant response 100% of the time. Love the glitter, love that I can see the color of my phone through the glitter, love that I can change out the PopSocket, love that my butter-fingers won't be the death of me since the case saves my phone from destruction!

Great Case!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Otterbox cases for years, and the Symmetry series is usually my favorite. I love that they're fairly slim, but still provide fairly decent levels of protection. I also use PopSockets because they keep me from dropping my phone repeatedly, so having a built in one on this case is definitely an added bonus. You're also able to switch out the PopSocket faces so you can use ones that you already have, or can swap it out for new ones if you get bored. I've been using this case in rotation with three others for the past few weeks, and I don't really have any major complaints so far.

I have been “visiting” this case for about a month and finally decided to purchase it! I absolutely LOVE it. I love that it’s much thinner than other Otterbox cases I’ve had and it’s much more comfortable to hold. The built in PopSocket is great! I highly recommend this case!

Phone is secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have smaller hands so the bigger phone trend has never gone well for my phone screens. When I discovered popsockets, I used them religiously. I really like the idea of combining the Otterbox protection for my phone and the ease of using a popsocket. Occasionally, the adhesive would fall off my old one and fall on me, so I'm glad with this case, it's built right in for extra security.
