Looks nice but won't completely latch

while the panel looks very nice and is easy to clean, it does not completely latch into place and thus leaves a gap at the top. i got the 1st panel replaced and the 2nd panel has the same issue. now i am wondering of the defective part is the dishwasher instead of the panels but with the hassle of getting the panel replaced, i can only imagine the difficulty getting the dishwasher replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Avoid this dishwasher

-Doesnt clean well enough
-Doesnt dry well enough (even with rinse aid)
-I would rather have my falling apart dryer that was installed in 1995 back. At least the dishes were clean and crispy dry.
