Perfect fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my very expensive hearing aids gave out after years of good service, I could not find a replacement that worked without spending thousands more. After a few purchases from online suppliers I was about to give up and give in. Then I was able to purchase the BOSE aids in my area. This is a game changer. They fit, right out of the box, as though they were made from a mold of my ear. To me they have a perfect sound quality that I haven't had in a long time. The app just fine tunes that quality. Thank You BOSE !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Inexpensive and helps improve my ability to hear.
These are not hearing aids in the true sense of the word. They don’t target my specific hearing loss but rather increase my existing hearing.
I would recommend for minor hearing loss only. That is what I have.
Biggest disappointment is no Bluetooth connectivity.
I do like them and am satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to insert, but I am getting the hang of it. I have 1 bad ear but I have to wear both hearing aids in order for them to work. I don’t like that aspect.

Surprisingly comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main issue with the product is that the hearing aids take a long time to connect to bluetooth. The bluetooth connectivity on my phone will show both hearing aids connected but the functions screen will not show up.

Good Overall

I was hoping that they could be dialed in specifically to the sound frequencies that I am missing, and being that Bose does that with their professional sound equipment, I thought it was a no-brainer. So no, you can adjust them from treble to bass. If you're looking to boost 400k, it's a crapshoot. I expected more from a sound company. Also in the app, there's no way to monitor the battery levels. When the batteries are low, you will hear a voice in the aid tell you that the batteries are low. Hopefully you're carrying a battery when this happens. Also, unlike competitive products, they don't attach to any device using bluetooth. Competitive models attach to CarPlay, bluetooth televisions, etc. Bose does not.
