Work well at great price.

On the down side, they are going through batteries faster than my previous pair, and they announce "low battery" hours before they actually run down.

Hearing sounds I haven’t heard for awhile

Pros: I purchased these hearing aids after seeing them advertised on a shopping network. It sounded interesting and the cost was way less expensive than what I had been seeing for hearing aids. Once I put them in my ears I was amazed at how much better I was hearing. I was hearing sounds the I hadn’t heard for some time, including all the birds chirping. My TV was set at number 8 for sound and I was ale to turn it down to a number 6 setting right away. I am not constantly saying “what.” I am still making adjustments on the app, but learning each day. I have thus far had excellent customer service experience and I think they are great. Cons: I have had a lot of trouble connecting to the app. Each day it takes about 4 tries before it will connect. I have tried all suggestions for it, but that hasn’t changed. Today when they finally connected to the app, I received a message that the left hearing aid wasn’t connected, so I repeated the process and then it connected.
I am still learning about the adjustments on the app and feel confident that each day I am learning more.
Except for the connection incident ms I am very pleased with the hearing aids and also very pleased with the customer service I have received.

Good hearing aids for mild hearing loss.

I bought these a month ago having a noise induced high frequency hearing loss. These hearing aids did not have near the power needed in the high frequency range. For mild loss these may be ok. Another concern on the App to control the settings you must have your phone location always set to on. WHY? My location should have nothing to do with how to set and adjust my hearing aids. Without location the app will not work. For these two reasons I will be returning these hearing aids.

Improved awareness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the hearing aids a week ago and pretty impressed. Hearing things that I forgot were there. DOWNSIDE IS NOT HAVING RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES and not very comfortable with my glasses earpieces. Upside is that I dont have to ask people to repeat themselves. I try to stay away from VA medical and so far these are doing the trick.

Great build quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well made. Very easy to use. Helpful customer support. My hearing has improved dramatically. These allow me to easily make sound adjustments. I had been doing lengthy research on what was available at high quality and more affordable. I think Bose has done this. I think there is room for improvement: •Add rechargeable units •I notice no difference when switching from focused front hearing to surround hearing. •The “mute” selection does not mute. Dispite this I would still purchase them again. Bose takes a very active tool in helping you get your best experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] work great but disappointed that to get the size ear tips to replace them you have to buy a package of 3 different sizes when you only need one. so you spend $9.95 for 1 set and have to theow all the rest out.

Can stand up to outrageously priced hearing aids

I am an experienced hearing aid user. I’ve spent thousands on Resound, Phonak and Widex aids. How does Bose compare? I prefer to wear my Bose instead of my $4000 Widex aids. That says it all. The only improvement to Bose would be streaming and being able to answer calls thru the hearing aids. Battery life is about a day shorter than my more expensive ones but not a deal breaker. Stop putting all of your money into other hearing aids manufacturing companies. No need to!
