My wife and I tried the Bose hearing aids and decided they were more suited to our needs (we have quite different hearing problems) than the much more expensive hearing aids we were using. So, we switched. The cost of my Bose hearing aids was actually less than I was paying annually for insurance on my old hearing aids! I especially like the link to the app that allows me to adjust what I'm hearing to the conditions I'm in (especially good for TV and movies). Would like to have rechargeable batteries, though.

Significant improvement in hearing

These hearing aids work much better than the ones I paid thousands for. Adjustments are easy. Customer service “Daniel” exceeded my expectations responding to a request I made.

So far I'm satisfied with it's function. It works very well in the area my hearing has fallen off. I won't wear them in small restaurants because the banging of utensils and table wear is too loud.

So far I've worn these 3 times and feel like I'm going to be using them a lot more often. Very comfortable fit, definitely improve my hearing and I hope with a bit more tuning I can zero in on perfection. These are high quality. My wife thanks Bose.

This is the second set of aids purchased. The second set worked fine till about a week ago. Then the right one started to get static after about 2-3 hrs in to the day. then I have to mute it to get thru the day. the next day the same thing... I understand your replacement policy is to send BOTH back and WAIT 2-3 weeks maybe...

Light hardly noticeable

I have only had them for two weeks, so am still discovering ways to adjust them to different environments. I am a little surprised that Bose was not more inclusive of feature’s like listening to music etc on them.
