Bluetooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works as advertised. However, My Bose products don't seem to work well with Bluetooth. I have less-expensive receivers that communicate with Bluetooth more effectively. iphone controls "cut-out" repeatedly with working with the hearing aids. it impacts ease of use rating.

Nice sound quality

I've been using them for 2 weeks now and have been enjoying the sounds that I have missed. I'm still getting use the fit and having trouble with mandatory COVID mask wearing. I take the mask off and the hearing adds go with it. Hopefully that will be over soon. I don't use them at work. We have to wear earplugs (even though I cant hear well.) But the better part of life I can use them.

They won’t stay connected to Bluetooth

I’ve had about two weeks now, they are nothing like hearing aids.. These are just amplifiers..

Don't waste the Money

I bought them three or so weeks ago and have returned them as of yesterday (6/14/22). They are crap, excuse my language. You had an excellent product in the hearing amplifier. I wore that for 4 happy to hear better years! Then you discontinued it and came out with these which, again, are crap.

Difficult to open
