Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hearing aid about 2 weeks ago. So far they worked well. I have Costco brand made by Resound for about 7 years. Comparing to Costco, Bose has powerful and sensitive microphones. My doctor and hearing test said I need about 50%power but with bose, if I put 50% volume it’s very loud. I keep tv volume to about 25%, so Bose I keep about 20% and it’s comfortable. If in group of people I have to lower volume to about 10 to 15 %,because someone seated near you,you have to lower sound otherwise it loud and keep sound from all around in bose apps.
I switch off every night and start next morning and I found that apps Bluetooth does not work and connected. It says make sure battery doors are closed but they are closed and I can hear sound. This is I do force close the apps and restart and you are connected. I don’t know this is a problem with apps or iPhone Bluetooth connection but other devices works. Maybe Bose will find solution and update apps.
One thing I like Bose to provide balance control both ways that is to increase and decrease volume control . Just now I lower the sound and then increase sound in ear you want.
I have not tried all the ear plugs but will do it in next few days. Fitting in ear is comfortable and the lead length is correct for my ears.

Too much feedback.

Disappointed.
I experience a significant amount of feedback, mostly in a church situation with organ music Plato g. The feedback has been overwhelming at times, such that I am unable to use the hearing aids in church, which consumes a lot of my time.

Lost opportunity

My expectations of the new Bose hearing aids were too high. First they were from "Bose" Bose...a great sound company, yet when listening to music it was the same mediocre sounds as any hearing aids. Second the microphones are placed in bad positions for eye glass wearers. Incredible how loud it is to put on and take off your glasses with the Bose. Last on my list not able to answer the phone or listen to music from an IPod type device ? High expectations and hopes not fulfilled. Lost opportunity for Bose to show the world...

He can hear us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been quietly nagging hubs to get a hearing aid, he was reluctant. Felt he would buy one and it would sit in the drawer. He finally looked at yours, read up on it for a bit and decided to give it a try. Within a day or two, he was hooked! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving him his hearing back. The kids and the grands are over the moon that Pop can hear them again. You have made a quality product and he is over the moon with it.

They always whistle

I bought these for my mom. I get them ready to put in her ears and they start whistling non stop. I have tried all the sizes of ear tips to see if they will help but they don't
