Getting surprised with a loud screech!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No kidding! I like these but don't understand why they will all of a sudden ring in my ears. It's only for a brief moment. It isn't constant. I can be watching TV, nothing is near my ears and all of a sudden I get the screech! I was wearing hearing aids when I decided to purchase these so I am familiar with how hearing aids sound. For the price I am very happy with these.

Somewhat disappointing

I have lots of Bose products. All are first rate. Thought these might add some clarity over my current hearing aids. They have pretty good sound quality - but no background noise reduction. The feedback is horrible if you get your fingers near the unit to adjust the volume. The Bluetooth connection to my iPhone takes a long time to establish, and is lost if you change apps. Also, there is no Apple hearing device support for quick access to battery info or volume control. You cannot use them as Bluetooth earbuds either. All these features work with my current hearing aids.
If Bose can get this stuff working, and maybe have a rechargeable option I’ll reconsider.

I have returned the hearing aids unfortunately. They require conventional batteries which will not work doe me. Would like if able to charge. So wanted the Bose quality
