Best I've tried ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had hearing aids for 2.5 years now. Tried an in-the-canal style and had nothing but ear aches and a head in the bucket sound. The Bose SoundControl aids are a huge step up from my previous behind the ear style I've been using since 2019, and they're less expensive. Compared to the previous hearing aids' four pre-set sound control levels, the Bose control features allow me to make multiple adjustments that fine tune the sounds making them more natural just like I used to hear when I was younger and not needing hearing aids! I'm totally sold on Bose!

Good for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about a month ago and feel like I am still getting used to them. I had a one on one session with a support person which what very good and helpful.
I am finding that I wish I had more ability to control the hearing aids. While the adjustments on the app work well, I just wish I could fine tune the sound a little more.
Also, since I spend a fair amount of time hiking and listening to NPR, it is a little frustrating to have to switch to a different ear bud to do that. Seems like the bluetooth connection already exists and with a little extra effort on Bose's part, I should be able to use the hearing aids to do this.
Since I am still getting used to these, my experience may evolve and if so, I will update this review.

Working Well So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a month ago. Very glad I did. All those around me say they have noticed a real difference. As any one who has hearing loss it's people around you and not yourself that notices your hearing loss. We most times don't know what we are missing.
The only problem is that I would like some more in depth instruction on operation of the App. For the most part it has been trial and error. That has been frustrating.
Other than that, totally pleased.

Only drawback, Bose doesn’t offer a rechargeable model!

Almost as good as the high end devices

Excellent Sound Quality!

I bought these as a replacement for my $3,000 aids that were out of warranty. The sound from these is even better than my old ones.
