Like the fit and feel over the Hearphones. Nice to get rid of the horse collar. The extended battery life is nice along with the ability to replace them but miss the bluetooth. Biggest disappointment is that there is no improvement in the hearing quality over the Hearphones and actually less adjustability as far as the different environmental conditions one encounters. I still wear my Hearphones when listening to music or audiobooks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these would work well for first time hearing aid users. The sound quality is good and the blu tooth control is very helpful. However there are problems, the biggest of which for me was keeping them in place in my ear canal. The right one in particular would work its way out, even while sitting. I ordered the longer speaker wire and used the largest ear piece but that did not help. Also, the battery life is quite short, only a little over 2 days, although this is mentioned in the specifications.
I had high hopes that these would make good replacements for my 6 year old devices and maybe the next revision will more closely meet my expectations. The simple fact that they would not stay in place perhaps caused me not to give them a fair audition

It's ok

Seems to be helpful watching TV or talking on the phone sometimes even with one on one conversation but it's very annoying if there's a lot of people in the room and different conversations going on it's not very comfortable for me under those circumstances and I don't really hear any better

Works like a charm

I bought the Bose SoundControl Hearing Aids and they arrived promptly. Setup was easy and so was tuning the aids to my specific needs. The Owner's Guide was thorough and easy to use. The devices are smaller and less intrusive than I originally thought. I had been somewhat worried about the appearance but "no worries" here.

Having numerous other Bose products and saw these aids were being released in NC, I immediately ordered these. They arrived quickly and the on line video meeting the Bose rep to set them up was outstanding. He was based in the UK and was absolutely brilliant! They aids work well for my needs and have since replaced batteries several times…very easy. I’m very happy with this purchase!
