Performance Better Than Expected

I bought these with some reservation because I had purchased different brand of product and did not have good results. I bought the Bose product knowing that there is a generous amount of time to try them and make sure I was happy with them. I have had them for two weeks and have been very happy. These Bose Sound Control Hearing Aids are much
better than I expected. Customer service prior to purchase and after was excellent. I had to order the larger wires and they were shipped very quickly. Overall this has been a great experience. To anyone purchasing these, be patient and experiment with the settings and the size/type domes you use. Once you have the proper size/type of domes and adjustments you will be very happy. I have a suggestion for a software upgrade. I would like to see a separate slider adjustment for bass and treble or even better a 5 band graphic equalizer. This would allow a tech savvy user the ability to adjust/boost only the needed frequency range for their own specific hearing loss. I also have a suggestion for a next generation pair of hearing aids. How about incorporate the hearing test within the app and have the hearing aids self calibrate based on the test results. To anyone reading this….if you have been hesitant about buying these……just buy them you will be happy you did!

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Sound Control Hearing Aids about a month ago. I am very pleased with this purchase. I have mild hearing loss, and the hearing aids have been very helpful. I have used the hearing aids in different setting and they have really help my hearing. It was very hard for me to understand when someone was speaking in a car, or in a restaurant. Now, I can hear much better. The app is very easy to use.

I can finally hear

These hearing aides have allowed me to hear my 4 year old grandson talk to me in the car while I drive. I couldn't always see his mouth to read his lips and now I don't have to struggle to hear him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very user friendly. After using it, I was amazed at how I am now able to hear sounds that were either very weak before or missed entirely.
I am also pleased with the cost of the product versus other “hearing aid” devices. It is a big plus not having to see an audiologist for a fitting or adjustment. Your phone app is a great tool to customize the hearing experience.
I have also recommended it to my friends of my similar age. They were very interested in it after I voiced my success with it.

My dad loves them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad says he really enjoys the hearing aids. He wears them every night when he works, as he works nightshift hours. He says there are no cons yet, but he has only been wearing them for 1 week and is still getting used to them. I personally think they are a little flimsy (i am afraid I'm gonna break them opening battery door but they've held up just fine). I think my biggest complaint in this day and age is when he is wearing his mask, the hearing aids get caught in it and they come off. Sounds quality is very good and the option to focus is amazing! They are not noticable in his ears like other hearing aids are unless you are close to him and he really appreciated the different sizes of ear tips available. He sweats a lot (Texas heat even at night) and so far they have held up well to his sweat also! My folks were able to set this up for him to use them without issue and they are definitely not the most tech savvy people. He is currently exploring the modes for different environments and his love of music will definitely make the mode for listening to music priority! The presentation of the items was great and the storage looks contemporary and minimal. Overall, great impression!

Best Hearing AIDS Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve needed to purchase but was turned off by the price of more than $5000! Seemed outrageous. Some friends with hearing aids told me about Bose and I decided to take the plunge.
I had an audiology exam previously so I knew of the need. I also took the Bose test. No surprises.
I’ve had them for about ten days and it has made a vast improvement.
