My son loves them. He had a camp and went twice a day for five days said they were a life saver. He feels less tired with them.

Good for overall fatigue and

Good for overall fatigue and relaxation but hasn't help with recovery. It's definitely helped in alleviating pain so I am able to sleep better but the next day the pain is back. I will keep using them in hopes that prolonged use will start to help with the daily pain and ultimately recovery

Not for skinny legs

The Concept is great. However, my legs are very thin and even at the highest compression setting I can barely feel anything to make much of a difference.

Geniunely made a different in post recovery sore muscle

After especially long runs, sore muscles are a thing and a massage gun only works as far as your hands don't get tired, with this I can lay down and watch a movie and I feel better. Well worth the purchase. Only complaint is the bulkiness of it but I guess these sort of things are unavoidable.

Are used to get a massage almost weekly, now I rarely need a massage, he's recovery. Boots are some of the best money I've ever spent.

I do experience quicker recovery from exercise or just being on my feet all day. It's nice to have a tool like this when I anticipate soreness and fatigue. It's not a magic pill for discomfort, but absolutely worthwhile.
