I really like my spirit model with the Bluetooth feature, it cooks so evenly, and the customer service is unbeatable. While I was assembling my grill it fell over and damaged the shelf. I got on the website later and was trying to order a new shelf and before I knew it they was sending me a email saying it had shipped, for free! So yes I love my grill!

We were hoping that grilling technology would finally make it into the 21st century and this grill is exactly that. We bought one for our upper terrace off the kitchen and liked it so much that we went back and bought a second one for our lower terrace. I have to say that the assembly instructions were the best I have ever seen and used for any piece of equipment and the quality of the assembled grill is absolutely top notch. I had no trouble at all with the electronics setup and each grill paired quickly with an iPhone. I did add my own backup rechargeable power supply and that seems to work smoothly as well. Nice touch by Weber to include all the needed batteries though. We also bought a second probe for each one for maximum flexibility. This is definitely a long term keeper.

I love technology. First time a grill came with a wiring harness but that was cool. Running the wires and installing the screen in my grill was next level. The best part is checking my propane level from my phone. I’m unsure on battery life but they give a second option. Overall this was perfect for who I am and what we needed.
