As usual a very well build, efficient and beautiful grill. For the first time I used the smart grill function and what a cool feature! The app is easy to use and the probes are very accurate. I love how the grill performs the temperature is always very even and easy to manage. The sears are consistent and the flavors always on point. I would not grill with anything else!

I have had trouble with getting help from support for a small problem I was having! The manual is 95% good step by step, however they leave out some small details!
Anyway , I rechecked my problems and figured out on my own.
Maybe they would revise their manuals to help with the setup!
Everything works find for now so I'll add this to the 3 or 4 Weber's I have bought over the last 40 years!

Excellent grill, lights easy, gets up to heat quickly ,no problem with grease flares, large enough for family but may need something bigger for a larger group. Excellent customer service as needed to obtain some repair parts. Grill was easy to assemble. This is my first gas grill as have used the charcoal kettle grill for years. Like the convenience still use the kettle grill too.

It's a very nice grill, especially for someone who has never used a grill before. Easy light with a touch of a button is great, and I love the temp probe and read option on the grill! Weber makes grilling fun and easy with all the information on the web.The smaller size is great for two people. I read many reviews and checked with Consumer Reports to make my final decision, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend to others. I have only one con, and that is the bar to lift the hood, and the knobs get too hot.

Assembly was involved but doable (2 hrs needed) Major downside is that a jump wire plug was missing from the wiring harness packet making the digital control inoperable. This grill heats up quickly and evenly to cook a wide variety of foods.
