Assembly took a while but was straightforward. I love the ingenious tank “gauge”, the electronic temperature and cooking probe hookups are amazing. The grill lights in an instant and is easy to maintain a temperature when cooking.

Really enjoy the grill. I recently moved and our old Weber grill did not make the move. It gave us fifteen years of great grilling experience and I knew I wanted a Weber grill again. This grill is heavy duty and well made. I like the design which makes cleanup easy. I wanted to be able to grill so I purchased Weber grill insert that fits perfectly after removing the grates. I highly recommend this grill.

Webers are built to last and after 10 or more years it was time to retire my Weber Spirit. I’m a basic grill guy so the Spirit 315 was my intended buy, but a wholesale club had the EX-315 Smart Grill for less than it was at the hardware chains.
I haven’t tried cooking with the probes yet and when I do perhaps the grilling app will be useful. So far I’ve had little use for the WiFi but again, getting the extras below the price of the basic 315 I can’t complain.
It lights up and reaches top temp quickly, cooks beautifully and is everything I have come to expect from a Weber.
One last note: assembly was a one person job and the recommended tutorial app made it easy enough for a first timer.
