We really like the quality of the PuRxium. Alll the adjustments are easy to operate and the top panel well designed. Our only wish is that the speeds would be more evenly separated. Level 1 so low, we wonder how effectively it moves the air. Our favorite and most often used is Level 2 which is very quiet and allows us to sleep. However, Levels 3 and 4 are fairly loud making it difficult to be in the room.
That being said, we would buy this purifier again.

Simple air purifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using it in the living room and kitchen to remove dust and food odors from cooking. It has a sleek lightweight design. I can carry it in 1 hand from one room to the next. When I turned it on speeds 1 and 2, the sound was barely noticeable. Speed setting 3 sounds like a fan running. Level 4 setting is much louder but not unbearable.
A nice feature is that it will indicate when the filters need to be changed after 2500 hours. The filters can easily be removed and cleaned by hand.
Overall it's a simple but useful air purifier. I plugged it up right out of the box and powered it on with no issues. The only change I'd like to see is for it to be battery operated.

As with all Cuisinart products, I find the air purifier to be exactly what I had hoped for. I bought it for the master suite and it has made a big improvement in the air quality.

The air seems to be fresh. Unit definitely works best on 3 or 4 fan speed. The filter is effective but very difficult to clean/vacuum because the new filter is pricey. I was hoping to be able to vacuum the filter as I have other HEPA filters.

Only one complaint. Setting the Fan level at 1 or 2 is quiet but moves almost no air. Setting at 3 or 4 is way too loud so have to remember to turn it up when im going to bed or going out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this air purifier! Our home is older and sometimes seemed to have ‘stale’ air. This air purifier has really helped with that. We have been using it specifically in our kitchen and family room area, and it also helps with lingering cooking smells, etc. The touch controls are very easy to use. The timer and sleep mode features are especially nice to have. Overall, we are really happy with this air purifier, and we definitely recommend it!
