So far we've smoked a spatchcocked chicken and 2 racks of st. Louis style pork ribs,both with weber grillmaster blend and they came out amazing, love the grill and keeping it cleaned after each use is the way to go.

Bought this grill and absolutely love it. Grilling application, temperature control. I take time to clean each time that I use it. So impressed with the food that comes off this grill Currently have a Weber performer kettle for 20 years. Look forward to many years of service.
Smoke fire is my first pellet smoker. Very easy to use after assembly, which has a complexity of medium. It monitors cooking and provides realtime dashboard via apple App. I chose Webber, as I have had great success with Webber grills and really like the stainless steel grid and flavor guards
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't cook over 400 degrees.

I got this because the temp range said 200 to 600 so I could smoke and grill. Every time I set temp to above 400, it will cook but then the next time I go to use it the igniter won't ignite. It seems it cooks the igniter if you cook over 400.
I've used pellet smoker/grills before and when used as a grill, food tastes grilled. This one does not. I can't really describe why, but even when the temp is "cranked" to try to seer the food tastes more baked than grilled. As a smoker, its great. But I grill much more than I smoke so I'm disappointed. My fault... I should've done more research before buying. So if you're looking for a smoker, this one will do the trick. But if you also want to grill, I don't recommend.
