Disappointing for the price. There have been very few cooks where the auger didn’t clog. We are using the Weber pellets. The concept of this grill is great with the fast heat up but the constant clogging is unacceptable

We appreciate your feedback. Your satisfaction is very important to us. So sorry to hear about the auger clogging up. We would suggest using fresh Weber pellets. If the grill is not being used for a long period of time the pellets can get damp and crumble in the auger causing a jam. Our Care team will reach out to follow up. Thank you!
